Admission Information:
Thank you for considering St. John School as the possible educational family for your child. I use the word family because it is within a familial environment that a child thrives emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, and physically. St. John School also recognizes that you, the parents, are the primary educators of your child and we would be honored to assist you in your ministry of parenting and educating.
Our school serves Kindergarten, Elementary and Jr. High Students. (K-8) Our admission process is very simple and parent friendly. We ask that you call the office at (415) 584-8383 to schedule an appointment to visit the school and answer any questions you may have.
Since our enrollment process is always open we can welcome you when it is convenient for you and your family.
All applicants take an entrance assesment to ensure we know what are the needs of each individual child.
We require that all students have the following documents on file prior to starting school:
- Original Application
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate of Health by doctor
- Copy of all immunization shots, including TB skin test, Whooping Cough vaccine, and resultsfrom the last 2 years.
- Varicella (chicken pox) or had the disease
- Proof of Hepatitis B (3 doses)
